Our wedding celebrations will unravel over three days starting Friday the 7th and wrapping up on Sunday the 9th. All guests are invited to join us for as much or as little as they like, although we’re hoping you will all be at the ceremony on Saturday the 8th. The itinerary is as follows;

Friday 7th August 2015 | Feast, Fire, Games and Whiskey Night (BYOB!)

Instead of the traditional “wedding rehearsal dinner” we invite all our guests to join us the night before the wedding for a delicious feast and bonfire night (weather permitting) which will be cooked by Lily’s mum Christine and her fabulous wingman Hugh! There will be various board/card games on hand for those inclined to ‘game’ and we will also be hosting a whiskey tasting bar.  We do however ask you all to bring a bottle of something to drink with dinner and add it to the community bar at the start of the evening.

6pm | Bell Tent Arrivals. (Your tents will be ready for you to “check in” at 6pm.)

7pm | Dinner in the Main Field.


Saturday 8th August 2015 |  Breakfast in bed, Field Trips and Wedding Day. DRESS CODE: “Festival Fancy” Interpret this as you like but you’d better be dressed and you’d better be fancy. Sparkle is encouraged.

If you’re planning on staying onsite in one of our absolutely fabulous bell tents then you will need to book this and your breakfast (on the accommodation page). Breakfast boxes will be delivered to your tents by 9am along with your choice of tea and coffee which you can then enjoy at your leisure (and even in bed if you fancy!).

As there will be various last minute venue beautifying, we ask that all guests vacate the wedding site between 10am - 2.30pm. You are spoiled for choice with places to go visit during this time and we have made a list of our favourites on the Location page. When you arrive back to site please use the track entrance to access your tents to get ready.

4.00 pm | Welcome Drinks in the Courtyard

5.00 pm | Wedding Ceremony in the Pavilion

6.00 pm | Cocktail Hour by the Rill

7.00 pm | Dinner, Drinks and Dancing in the Main Field

9.30pm | Kids PJ and movie party in the romp room (NO adults allowed! (other than some very cool baby sitters!))

PARENTS: We encourage you to have an adults only weekend during LOvefest15 but understand that for some of you this will be difficult! More than anything we want you to be able to share the celebrations with us and if that means bringing your sprogs we will welcome them with open arms. So that you can let your hair down, we do request that on the wedding night you encourage your little ones to join the onsite long barn slumber party with our lovely babysitters who will keep an eye on them until you’re ready to leave or bed down for the night!


Sunday 9th August 2015 |  Picnic Brunch

Hosted by Owen’s folks Brian and Marianne, we would like to invite all our guests to join us for a very special picnic brunch cooked al fresco by Brian and Marianne on the BBQ(‘s).

11am | Brunch in the Main Field.

Unfortunately all things must come to a close and we will have an army of people arriving later in the day to begin packing up the LOvefest tentage etc.. For this reason we advise you to “Check Out” by around 2pm to avoid the inevitable post LOvefest mayhem.
